QUALITY POLICY

At Cranes “R’ US Nigeria Limited, our aim is to become a flexible and cutting-edge organization in the use of new technologies in order to maintain our position as the trail-blazer in the Plant and Equipment hire industry in Nigeria. This is achieved through the provision of Plant Hire, Technical Support, Heavy Material Lifting and Transportation services in the Oil and Gas, Construction, Manufacturing and Government Parastatals amongst others.

We are resolved to delivering quality and adequately maintained equipment matched with first-rate that is driven by well trained professionals, best practice and disciplined execution of operational excellence. This is to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our valued customers within the boundaries of our service scope

  • Ensuring our clients’ service requirements, including all unstated service application requirements are identified, documented and fulfilled.
  • Complying with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring that our employees understand the organisation’s commitment to achieving and sustaining clients’ satisfaction.
  • Establishing clear, measurable and appropriate strategic goals, objectives, targets and action plans at relevant functions
  • Maintaining a qualified, professional and adequately equipped workforce through meritorious recruitments, appropriate appraisals and planned capacity development programmes.
  • Implementing a risk-based operational and strategic management framework across all our organisational functions that meets the needs and expectations of key stakeholders.
  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness and relevance of CRU’s Quality Management System through the periodic monitoring and review of this policy, corporate quality objectives and the performance of the quality management system.

All employees of Cranes “R” US Nigeria Limited have an essential part to play in promoting the aims and objectives of this quality policy as it appertains to their functional roles.

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for the organisation’s implementation and compliance to this Quality Policy.
